We use fresh, peeled લસણ (garlic) cloves, gently mixed with:
• રાય નાં કુરિયા (split mustard seeds) for pungency and texture
• મેથી ના કુરિયા (split fenugreek seeds) for an earthy note
• લાલ મરચું (red chilli powder) to give it a bold, spicy kick
• હળદર (turmeric powder) and હીંગ (asafoetida) for digestive and aromatic balance
• મીઠુ (salt) to preserve and enhance flavor

All these ingredients are soaked and matured in સીંગ તેલ (pure peanut oil), giving the pickle a rich, traditional taste and long shelf life without any artificial preservatives.
