Ingredients
કેરી (Mango), કેરડા (ker berries), આદુ(ginger), લીલાં મરચા (green chillies), લીંબુ(lemon), વિનેગાર (vinegar), સીંગ તેલ (Peanut Oil), રાય નાં કુરિયા (Split Mustard Seeds), મેથી ના કુરિયા (Split Fenugreek Seeds), લાલ મરચું (Red Chilli Powder), હળદર (Turmeric Powder), મીઠુ (Salt), હીંગ (Asafoetida).
Instruction
Use fresh dry spoon to take the pickle out.
Store in a cool and dry Place.
This Pickle has the aroma of mangoes, spices and best quality peanut oil. It is 100% homemade and prepared using traditional methods just like our dadi and nani used to make. It is quite natural that as pickles matures takes darker shades.
