Mango Fenugreek Seeds: This healthy gujarati pickle is made by blending up dry fenugreek seeds and mangoes with a variety of spices which gives delicious flavour.

Khaman / Chundo: Khaman/chhundo is the mixture of grated mangoes with sugar and red chilli powder. This pickle makes the best pair with the Thepla in every Gujarati household.

Ingredients

Mango Fenugreek Seeds: કેરી (Mango), મેથી (Fenugreek seeds), સીંગ તેલ (Peanut Oil), રાય નાં કુરિયા (Split Mustard Seeds), મેથી ના કુરિયા (Split Fenugreek Seeds), લાલ મરચું (Red Chilli Powder), હળદર (Turmeric Powder), મીઠુ (Salt), હીંગ (Asafoetida).

Khaman / Chundo: કેરી (mango), ખાંડ (sugar), લાલ મરચું (Red Chilli powder).

Instruction

Use fresh dry spoon to take the pickle out.

Store in a cool and dry Place.
