Vraj Pickles allows its customers to cancel their orders up to 1 hours after their order confirmation is done. However in case the order is still not processed or shipped, Vraj Pickles will still allow its customers to cancel their orders and we will refund any payments already made by the customer for the order as credits which can be used for further purchases anytime in future. But once the shipment has been done, Vraj Pickles does not encourage any cancellations
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defines the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
Vraj Pickles shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by the vendors, trade organization/s, manufacturers/shop etc. (vendors), flood, fire, wars, acts of God, communal riots or any cause that is beyond the control of Vraj Pickles.
After placing an order, in case you want to cancel your order, you can easily do so until it has not been processed or shipped by us and is in our warehouse. Any amount already paid by you will be refunded back. Contact our customer support to help you with this process as swiftly as possible. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have been already processed and shipped.

While our endeavour is to ensure that every order that has been successfully placed with Vraj Pickles, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel the order(s). some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but not limited to):
Limitations on quantities available for purchase;
Inaccurate or insufficient address;
Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock;
Inaccuracies or errors in product pricing or information.
We will contact you within 2 business days of such cancellation and give you the option to exchange / refund / cancel the order based on your convenience.
