Bengal Gram Fenugreek seeds Mango Garlic cloves: કેરી (Mango), મેથી (Fenugreek seeds), લાલ ચણા (Bengal Gram), લસણ (Garlic Cloves), સીંગ તેલ (Peanut Oil), રાય નાં કુરિયા (Split Mustard Seeds), મેથી ના કુરિયા (Split Fenugreek Seeds), લાલ મરચું (Red Chilli Powder), હળદર (Turmeric Powder), મીઠુ (Salt), હીંગ (Asafoetida).
Ker Berries: કેરડાં (Ker Berries), હળદર (Turmeric Powder), મીઠું (Salt).
Instruction
Use fresh dry spoon to take the pickle out.
Store in a cool and dry Place.
These pickles are 100% homemade and prepared using traditional methods just like our dadi and nani used to make.
It is quite natural that as pickles matures takes darker shades. In all the pickles we have not used any preservatives so you just enjoy having it without worrying about quality of an ingredients.
