Our Sweet Lemon (ખાટ્ટા મીઠા લીંબુ) is a celebration of timeless flavors, handcrafted just like how our Dadi-Nani used to prepare it — with patience, care, and lots of love. Made using a traditional recipe passed down through generations, this pickle brings together the perfect harmony of sweetness, tanginess, and gentle spice.

We start with sun-ripened lemons (લીંબુ), carefully cut and naturally cured to preserve their vibrant citrus flavor. To this, we add a classic blend of:
• રાય નાં કુરિયા (split mustard seeds) and મેથી ના કુરિયા (split fenugreek seeds) for earthy texture and aroma
• A touch of લાલ મરચું (red chilli powder) for mild heat
• હળદર (turmeric powder) and હીંગ (asafoetida) for warmth and digestion
• Balanced perfectly with મીઠુ (salt), ખાંડ (sugar), and rich ગોળ (jaggery), giving it a deep, caramel-like sweetness

This pickle is oil-free, naturally preserved, and made in small batches — just the way homemade food should be. Its rich, syrupy texture and sweet-spicy-tangy taste pair wonderfully with parathas, theplas, khichdi, or even a simple dal-chawal meal.
